Calendar of Events

2008
A list of some of the things that have been happening this year for me as well as the community. It is not an extensive calendar as alot more has happened I am sure. The most recent starting here at the top of the list:

Tiwhanawhana still have sessions open to our LGBTI friends and whanau who would like to attend 5.30pm - 7.30pm each Thursday DURING school terms at Wellington Central Library, Mezzanine Floor in the Senior Citizens Room (same side as the main lifts). The sessions close during school holidays. Nau mai Haere mai!

1st Asia Pacific Outgames - Melbourne. To attend Human Rights Conference and play tennis. Won silver for dbls and bronze for singles C grade. Highlight would be Tiwhanawhana performing on stage at the opening (all six of us!)

Visit family in Gisborne and take some friends who have never been hunting, for the experience

OCTOBER - Carmen's 70th Birthday
The Chrissy Witoko Memorial Trust are planning a birthday event for Carmen on 7th October this year in Wellington at the Boat Shed, a venue at the Waterfront, Wellington.
